The relevant statute is the Nebraska Unfair Insurance Trade Practices Act, §§44-1521 et seq. (“NE-UITPA”).

A. Actions creditor may take: NE - UITPA §44-1526(3) - Creditor may place insurance on the vehicle if buyer has failed to provide insurance as required by the contract.

C. Charges permitted: No express statutory provision.

D. Finance charge allowed on creditor's payment: No express statutory provision.
