The relevant statute is Kan. Stat. Ann. §58-2264.


A. Actions lender may take: No express statutory provision.


B. Notices required: No express statutory provision.


C. Coverage required: No express statutory provision.


D. Charges permitted: Kan. Stat. Ann. §58-2264 - Lenders may not make any separate charge to borrowers other than the insurance premium on required insurance written in connection with a real estate loan, but the term "separate charge" does not include the interest that may be charged on premium advancements made in accordance with the security instrument.


E. Finance charge allowed on lender's payment: Kan. Stat. Ann. §58-2264 - Permitted as provided in the security instrument.
