The relevant statutes are Nev. Rev. Stat. §§686A.200-210.


A. Actions lender may take: Nev. Rev. Stat. §686A.200, §106.025(7) - Lenders may not require that a borrower place or renew insurance through any particular insurer, agent or broker, but this section does not prevent a lender from exercising its right to furnish or renew insurance, and charge the borrower with its costs, if the borrower fails to deliver any required insurance to the lender at least 15 days before an existing policy expires.


B. Notices required: No express statutory provision.


C. Coverage required: No express statutory provision.


D. Charges permitted: Nev. Rev. Stat. §686A.210 - Lenders with an interest insured under a policy that is paid for by another person may not make, receive or accept any monetary charge or fee paid or payable by that other person for handling, servicing or processing the insurance policy.


E. Finance charge allowed on lender's payment: Nev. Rev. Stat. §686A.200(2)(b) - Lender may charge the account of the borrower with the costs of furnishing or renewing insurance.
