Alaska: For licensees under the Alaska Small Loans Act, Alaska Stat. §§06.20.010 et seq., which applies only to loans of $25,000 or less, Alaska Statute §06.20.260 states that only those fees or charges specified in that statute may be directly or indirectly charged, contracted for, or received by a licensee; insurance tracking fees are not listed in the statute. All other loans are unregulated by statute in Alaska.
