Delaware: For loans by licensees under the Delaware Licensed Lender Act, Del. Code tit. 5, §§2201 through 2243, Del. Reg. No. 5.2218/2231.0003 permits licensees to charge reasonable fees for services rendered or for reimbursement of expenses incurred in good faith by the licensee or its agent in connection with the loan, but does not expressly address insurance tracking fees.
