Nebraska: For licensees under the Mortgage Banker's Registration and Licensing Act, Neb. Rev. Stat. §§45-701 through 45-721, Nev. Rev. Stat. § 45-101.02 permits lenders to charge borrowers loan service costs. Loan service costs means reasonable and necessary costs and charges incurred in connection with the making, closing, disbursing, servicing, extending, transferring, or renewing of a loan, including but not limited to premiums for hazard, private mortgage, disability, life, or title insurance. The statute does not expressly address insurance tracking fees.
