Nevada: For licensees under the Mortgage Companies, Nev. Rev. Stat. §§645E.010 et seq., Nev. Rev. Stat. §99.050 permits the parties to agree in writing for the payment of any rate of interest or money due, on any contract and for any other charges or fees.
