New Hampshire: For licensees under the act for Licensing of Nondepository First Mortgage Bankers & Brokers, N.H. Rev. Stat. §§397-A:1 et seq., N.H. Rev. Stat. §397-A:16(I) permits licensees to charge borrowers any fees in connection with the origination, closing and servicing of loans.
