New Jersey: For licensees under the New Jersey Licensed Lenders Act, N.J. Rev. Stat. §§17:11C-1 et seq., N.J. Rev. Stat. §17:11C-23(a) permits licensees to charge borrowers fees necessary reimburse the lender for charges imposed by third parties. The statute does not expressly address insurance tracking fees.
