Virginia: For licensees under the Mortgage Lender and Broker Act, Va. Code §§6.1-408 through 6.1-431, Va. Code § 6.1-330.70 permits a licensee to require the borrower to pay the reasonable and necessary charges in connection with making the loan, but not does not expressly authorize insurance tracking fees.
